ezCater connects workplaces to restaurants across the U.S. through a single platform that provides flexibility and efficiency in making sure a variety of meals can be offered to employees and for company events.
Project:
The company already uses direct mail, but wanted to find out if more segmented messaging to specific executives could increase response. Three concepts were developed to present more specific benefits to three different audiences:
Program executives who manage specific groups of employees and see meals as a way to keep their teams productive and efficient
HR executives who see meals as a way to increase morale and retention
Procurement executives who want to not only provide quality food, but also have tools to track spending
Each concept was designed as a four-panel self-mailer that included consistent copy and designs that have worked in the past and adapted to these specific audiences..
